<p><b>How do I unblock my number from Content Services to allow me to purchase again?</b></p>

• Self-Service via USSD: </br></br>
Dial *135*997# and select option 3 to Unblock Content Services, if your number has previously been blocked.</br>
In the case where content block was not previously applied, you will only see the option to Block your number.</br>
You will receive a confirmation message as soon as the Content Block has been successfully removed from your number</br></p>

<p><b>Which VLive content has an age restriction?</b></p>

• The chat services category requires that the user confirms that they are 18 years old and above. The user will need to click on “Continue” on the verification page in order to access the chat services. </br></br>
• Users with parental control activated on their mobile number will be restricted from accessing the content.</br></br></p>
<p><b>How do I setup parental control on my number to restrict my children from accessing inappropriate content?</b></p>

• All Contract and Prepaid customers can bar access to adult content for FREE on a Vodacom cellphone by dialling *135*123# from the phone concerned.</br></br>
• To unblock the adult content restriction, visit your nearest service provider and show your ID to prove that you’re at least 18 years old.</br></br>
• Adult content cannot be unblocked telephonically via Customer Care.</br></br>
