Black Ops 7 early access beta release time, dates, maps, modes and how to get codes

Call of Duty fans are counting down to the start of the Black Ops 7 early access beta, which is available to select players for the next few days.

Fresh off the back of the recent Call of Duty Next event, Activision is getting ready to launch the Black Ops 7 beta, which is available on PlayStation consoles, Xbox and PC.

It all begins with the early access Black Ops 7 beta, which has an October 2 release date and a 6pm BST UK release time.

The early access beta is available to Black Ops 7 pre-order customers, as well as fans who watched an hour of Call of Duty Next on Twitch, and Xbox Game Pass subscribers.

If you haven't pre-ordered the game and don't have an early access beta code, then you can check out the Black Ops 7 open beta from October 5.

Black Ops 7 fans can pre-load the beta now, which means you can jump into the action the moment it goes live.

In terms of what players can expect, the Black Ops 7 early access beta begins with three maps and four game modes, but will add an additional Core map and the Vandorn Farm Zombies Survival Map once the beta is in full swing.

The four Core maps that will be playable during the early access beta include The Forge, Cortex and Imprint, with Exposure joining on October 3.

The Vandorn Farm Zombies Survival Map will also join the open beta on October 3, but will only be playable for a limited time.

Game modes, on the other hand, include Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed and Overload.

In terms of rewards and unlockables, the early access beta contains an initial 20 Levels of unlocks available in both Multiplayer and Zombies.

Activision explains more: "Once you’ve reached Level 4 you’ll gain access to Custom Loadouts in Multiplayer and the ability to customise each Weapon and piece of Gear in your kit.

"Past that, each new Level Up will unlock additional content for use in your Loadouts."

Needless to say, the beta features a host of rewards to unlock for use in Black Ops 7 at launch.

Players can unlock an Emblem at level 2, the Gun Flex emote at level 6, a sticker at level 11, a weapon charm at level 15 and Operator Skins at level 20. Additional rewards will be available through the open beta, when the level cap rises and various calling cards, loading screens and weapon blueprints can be unlocked.
