Calm Launches “Calm Lifestyle” – New In-App Hub for Everyday Wellbeing

Debuting in time for World Mental Health Day, the new hub features curated collections from Calm and global partners to bring mindfulness, sleep, and self-care into everyday routines.

Palo Alto, CA (October 9, 2025) – Calm, a leading mental health company, today launched Calm Lifestyle, a new in-app hub that addresses a persistent wellness challenge: helping people find mindfulness, sleep, and self-care tools that fit into their busy schedules and existing routines – from commuting and travel to working out and getting ready for bed.

Calm Lifestyle brings together Calm's world-class content library with co-created content from trusted partners – including Nissan, AllTrails, TRIP and more – organized into themed collections that match real-life moments.

"The perception of mindfulness continues to evolve from a standalone, solitary practice to something more people want to integrate into their workouts, commutes, travels, and more,” said Greg Justice, Chief Content Officer at Calm. "Calm Lifestyle responds directly to this shift, helping people weave mindfulness into their existing routines rather than treating it as another item they have to fit into their schedule."

At launch, Calm Lifestyle features three collections based on Calm's most-engaged content and common daily practices:

Around the World: Travel-inspired content, including destination-themed soundscapes and Sleep Stories, plus exclusive content from AllTrails bringing the sounds of iconic outdoor destinations to you.

  • Daily Rituals: Mindfulness content for everyday moments, including uplifting morning practices, habit-building exercises, and commute meditations co-created with Nissan.
  • Nutrition & Fitness: Content connecting mind and body featuring movement practices from The Daily Move, pre- and post-workout mindfulness sessions, calming meditations with TRIP and more.

By collaborating with global partners, Calm expands its offerings and content with unique perspectives and expertise, delivering members new ways to integrate mindfulness and wellness practices into their lives exactly when and where it is most natural for them.

"Together, TRIP and Calm are helping people find more moments of calm throughout their day, connecting the physical and digital worlds of wellness in a way that feels fresh and accessible," said Olivia Ferdi, founder & co-CEO of TRIP. "Building on our existing drink collaboration, we’re continuing to show that wellness isn’t a luxury, but a lifestyle, a philosophy we share with Calm as we empower people to look after their wellbeing each day."

Calm Lifestyle is now available globally in the Calm app, with additional collections and partnerships launching in the future. Learn more at calm.com.
