IF YOU WANT to be as fit as possible for as long as possible, nothing beats training for athleticism.
When you develop athletic ability, you don’t just become more agile and less injury prone for pickup basketball or tag with your kids. You also get stronger, build more muscle, shed pounds, and supercharge your overall fitness.
Want to reach your A-game? In our latest program, Ultimate Athlete, we’re giving you the best training plan, techniques, and nutrition guidelines out there in a six-video series you can start today. You’ll hear from fitness experts—including actor Frank Grillo, who shares the weekly regimen he uses to lift heavier than ever at 60 years old—and learn the top strategies for staying athletic for life. Consider it your playbook for your fittest years yet.
You’ll get everything you need to reach peak performance.
We took the training strategies real athletes (and real guys!) use to stay in top shape and adapted them for real life.
Increase Strength: Build athlete-level strength with workouts that target the powerhouse muscles that drive your performance.
Develop Explosive Power: Being your fittest means being able to move explosively—and in all directions. You’ll learn how to challenge yourself with unique strategies like contrast training.
Support Longevity & Injury Prevention: Age strong with workouts that enhance joint health, mobility, and strength simultaneously.
Boost Weight Loss: You’ll master cutting-edge training protocols that will rev your metabolism and help you get lean.
Ultimate Athlete is for anyone of any fitness level who wants to move with more strength, control, and power in and out of the gym.
You’ll need access to a well-stocked gym to perform most of the exercises in the program, including a trap bar, kettlebell, dumbbells, chinup bar, and other gear.
You’ll train for five days a week with an optional sixth day.
